Elmer A. Yusep was born in
Vegreville, Alberta in 1937. He was admitted to the British Columbia bar in
1964. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1962 and his Bachelor of
Laws in 1963, both from the University of British Columbia.
He is a
member of the Banking, Entertainment, Real Property, Taxation and Wills and
Trusts sub-sections of the British Columbia Branch of the Canadian Bar
Association. Elmer has also acted as a solicitor for the Arthritis Society.
His area of practice includes corporate and commercial law, general banking
and finance, full range of conveyancing and real estate transactions and
estates and trusts. Elmer has particular experience in hotel, educational and
recreational property developments.
