Elmer is a partner at Paine Edmonds LLP. He is Chair of the firm’s Business and Real Estate Law Group. His practice has an emphasis on corporate and commercial matters as well as general banking and finance. As the senior conveyancer in the firm, Elmer has handled a broad range of real estate transactions from residential to multimillion dollar commercial transactions. Today, his practice has an emphasis on hotel, educational and recreational property developments. Elmer also oversees his clients’ needs in the administration of wills, estates, and trusts.
