Brad has been a partner at Paine Edmonds LLP since 1996. He is a senior member of the firm’s ICBC & Personal Injury Law Group and is also Chair of the Disability Insurance Law Practice Group. He runs a busy and successful practice focusing on representing individuals with ICBC and personal injury claims (including complex and traumatic injuries, such as fibromyalgia, chronic pain, and brain injuries) and private disability insurance claims. Brad has trial experience at all levels of court in British Columbia as well as in alternative dispute resolution/mediation.
